Worldwide Shipping Overview:

  • We offer worldwide shipping, except for certain remote regions and distant islands.
  • In case of any delivery issues to your location, our team will contact you promptly.

Unless stated otherwise these are are estimated shipping times. Any product that is imported the wait time is doubled so patience is recommended when purchasing imported. In rare cases the wait has been up to 30 days. Anything past that and we will just return your money.

  • Canada: 7-15 days
  • UK: 3-8 days
  • Mexico: 10-15 days
  • Oceania: 6-18 days
  • Asia: 10-18 days
  • Other Regions (including distant islands): 10-20 days

Additional Information:

  • Non-Refundable Circumstances: We do not issue refunds for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances such as epidemics, strikes, natural disasters, wars, etc.
  • Non-Refundable Countries: No refunds will be issued for packages shipped to Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.

Shipping Questions

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Can I track my package?

Yes! Upon dispatch, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received it or encounter any issues with tracking, don’t worry. Just  Contact us, and we’ll sort it out! You can track your order here. 

I need to change/fix Shipping address

You may make changes, cancel or update orders before the item has shipped. Items normally ship between 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation.  Once shipped we cannot make any changes to order. 

What should I do if my package is damaged or lost during shipping?

 If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately.  For damaged items, we request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage so we can assess the situation. If your package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement or refund for the lost or damaged items. It’s important to contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can address the issue promptly.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order might incur import duties and taxes once it arrives in your country. Typically, these fees are around 20% of the merchandise’s dollar value. However, this percentage can differ based on the destination country. For accurate information on duties and taxes, it’s best to consult your local customs office.

Please note, Orange Justice does not have any control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. The responsibility for paying any extra charges for customs clearance lies with you. Since customs policies vary significantly across countries, we advise contacting your local customs office for detailed information. Be aware that on rare occasions, customs agents may cause delays in package delivery.

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical address for us to ensure smooth delivery of your order.

What happens if I’m not at home to receive my package?

 If you’re not at home when the package is delivered, the shipping carrier will usually leave a note with instructions on how to retrieve your package. This might include arranging for a redelivery or picking it up from a local post office or depot.
