What is your return policy duration?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

What are the conditions for a valid return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also needs to be in the original packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable items like food and flowers, newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

What do I need to provide to complete my return?

We require proof of purchase, this can be your order number, email used at checkout or payment method used. For faster service your order number is prefered.  Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Are there situations where only partial refunds are granted?

Yes, partial refunds are granted in cases like a book with obvious signs of use, opened CDs, DVDs, tapes, or vinyl records, items not in original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

How will I know if my return is accepted and my refund is processed?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund yet?

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there’s often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@orangejustice.com.

Can I get a refund on sale items?

Unless arrived damaged only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Do you offer exchanges?

 If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at support@orangejustice.com.

Who covers the shipping costs for returns?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@orangejustice.com 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return shipping provided when your return or exchange is approved.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
